In a very small number of cases, for reasons beyond our control, couriers do not deliver within these timescales, should you not receive your order within fifteen days of dispatch please contact us.

Signed for Deliveries
We use signature services for all orders. This is for our customer's protection. Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery, to sign for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when placing your order, see below.
Shipping to a Different Address
If you are sending a gift to a different address or shipping your order to a work address if you are not at home during the day etc, simply enter your Billing Address as the cardholder address (usually your home address) and the shipping address as the address where you want your parcel to be sent.
Items Damaged in Transit
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the parcel received in good condition. If the package appears damaged please inspect the contents prior to accepting the parcel, make the courier wait, as when you sign for the item you are accepting it as being undamaged. If the parcel/contents appear to be damaged do not hesitate to refuse a parcel if you suspect your item is damaged, failure to do so will affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. Any damage not discovered prior to acceptance (receipt from courier) of your order must in all circumstances be reported within twenty-four hours of the parcel being accepting.
