RETURNS POLICY


Refunds and Exchanges can only be issued for items that are returned UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION with all original labels/packaging within THIRTY DAYS of delivery.

In line with standard internet retail policy all items must be in a suitable condition for re-sale, i.e. not damaged or used in anyway. We reserve the right to refuse your return if items are received in an unsuitable condition.


.Exchanged Required - Original items are returned and refunded upon receipt. Refunds are received via your original payment method within five working days of us receiving your return. Replacement (exchange) items are received via placing a new order on the Flock2Felts website at your convenience.

.Unwanted Items - Original items are returned and refunded upon receipt. Refunds are received via your original payment method within five working days of us receiving your return back at our warehouse.

.Faulty Items/Incorrect Items /Warranty Returns – If you believe your item to be faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us and provide details.

.Christmas Returns - Orders for Christmas Gifts made in November or December can be returned until the end of January in an extension of our usual return guidelines.

.Special Order Items - Special Order Items such as those that are Custom Made to your measurements are not eligible for return, this does not affect your statutory rights and obviously excludes warranty qualifications. Such items are clearly marked as special order within the product description.

.Damaged Items – If you believe your item has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24hrs of delivery and provide details.

Please note the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey if you use your own postal solution.
